The complete, sun-oriented rural house is built on the structure of a 200 year old sheep stable that has been transformed into a pleasant home thanks to blood, sweat and lots of laughter. An oasis of peace and pure air with a spacious, modern kitchen with seating for 8 people, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, refrigerator with freezer, juicer, coffee maker, mixer, toaster ...
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. A large living room equiped with satelite television. There is also a sun-drenched evening balcony in the downstairs room and a morning terrace adjacent to the living room.
A pellet stove as central heating in winter, an outdoor shower for the summer months, a barbecue, a terrace with spacious terrace table, garden chairs, sun loungers and a parasol.
The house has 3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 double beds
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds

Minimum 2 nights!
The rental price includes water, energy and electricity costs, bed linen, one bath towel and one small towel per person, and final cleaning costs. Beach towels are not included. Pellets are not included and cost €11 per bag.
Only reservations from people aged 18 or older will be treated. Reservations by persons younger than that age are therefore not valid.
The tenant is not permitted to sublet the holiday home to people not mentioned in the reservation, unless a written agreement is signed with the landlord.
The house may only be occupied by the number of people specified at the time of the reservation.
The tenant will receive the property in a clean state. Should damage be noticed when the rented property is made available or if the inventory is not complete then the renter is obliged to warn the owner immediately. If not, the rented property is deemed to have been handed over in perfect condition.
Guarantee: €300.00 to be paid by bank transfer at reservation, or cash on arrival.

The rural house is delivered neatly and cleanly by the tenant after the stay
Damage, defects or missing items must be reported directly to the owner by the tenant.
In the event of later employment or early termination of the stay in the rural house, the full rent will remain due.
If it concerns a reservation you must transfer an advance of 35% of the full amount to our bank account within 7 days after reservation.
The remainder 65% of the total rent must be transferred to our bank account 7 days before the start of the stay.
The tenant may terminate the contract at any time, subject to payment of a lump sum compensation that is determined as follows:
In case of annulation the tenant still must transfer 25 % of the remaining amount.
The tenant has the right to propose another tenant for replacement. This must be accepted by the owner and considered solvent. He will take over the contract with the same conditions. The tenant and his deputy are jointly responsible for the payment of the rent. In case of an interruption before the planned date, the full amount of the rent remains due.
